MSBuild code is now open

Visual Studio 2015 is required to compile MSBuild. The tool doesn’t work on Linux or Mac yet. The plan is to port MSBuild to .NET Core and make it work with Mono firstly.

You can find more details in MSBuild Engine is now Open Source on GitHub blog post.
